Ariel, your concept is so clear and well connected to the notion of the oil rig - congratulations! Your use of materials in the posters and the idea of using craft as your text is very engaging! But the actual design of the project needs work. You have to look at the hierarchy, what is the most important piece of information, I believe it is the words "change" - and "change." They need to be placed in the most prominent way. The other text needs to be smaller and better space proportions - the negative space is just as important as the positive space. The post-its could be bigger and more 3D. - a shadow or 2. You have a great concept just need work with the visuals.
Nice work! I like the added texture and colors. Hopefully I can get mines ready by tomorrow!
